Presenters are often faculty and students from Delta State and other universities as well as leading professionals in the field. Dr. 佩里C. 弗朗西斯 is a professor of counseling and the coordinator of the 咨询 Training Clinic in the College of Education Clinical Suite at Eastern 密歇根 University. He also maintains a small counseling practice where he sees the general public in Washtenaw County, 密歇根. Perry has been a licensed professional counselor and a nationally certified counselor for over 26 years and an approved clinical supervisor, 也是委员会认证的远程心理健康提供者. 在进入咨询行业之前, he was a Lutheran pastor for 15 years serving churches and campus ministry in Colorado and Utah.

Perry has served the profession of counseling in various ways throughout his career including various leadership positions within the American College 咨询 Association, 美国心理咨询协会, 以及密歇根咨询协会. In 2018 he was recognized by Eastern 密歇根 University for his service to the university, 社区, 和罗纳德? W. Collins Distinguished 教师 Service Award, the highest faculty award offered by the university.

In 2011, Perry was appointed the chair of the ethics revision task force by the president of 美国心理咨询协会. Working for three years with eleven other counselor educators and professional counselors and two staff from the ACA, 他们制定了2014年ACA道德准则, 哪一种至今仍在使用.

他写了50多篇期刊文章, 研究简报, and book chapters and presented on the applications of ethics to various issues nationally and internationally.
